Victoria Yellin
EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM DIRECTOR
I am a Scarsdale resident and will be an incoming freshman at The Frisch High School, concentrating in the Arts elective track. As a competitive dancer, I train extensively in ballet, pointe, jazz, contemporary, hip-hop, and tap. Through dance, I have developed a deep appreciation for artistic expression and how it can impact both physical and mental health. I am particularly interested in exploring the intersection of psychology, neuroscience, and the arts, and especially how dance influences emotion, memory, learning, and human connection. Having spent most of my life and time immersed in dance, I hope to share my love of the arts, including dance, to help others understand the ways it can shape the brain, support well-being, and foster meaningful connections between people. Outside the studio, I love assisting in teaching dance, painting, and bedazzling anything I can get my hands on.

Elliot Chang
EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Hi! My name is Elliot, and I am a Junior at Scarsdale High School. Seeing my grandfather's experience with dementia, while still witnessing his ability to do things like play Chinese chess with me, inspired me to expand my understanding of cognitive decline through research at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. As an Education Program Director, I hope to educate people on what I have learned throughout my journey and help clear up ongoing misconceptions surrounding various neurological conditions in support of BWC's mission.
